Within the Borough.—1,868 persons died in the Public Institutions located in Islington, of whom 1,340 belonged to this Borough, the remaining 528 having come here for treatment or relief. Of these, 353 died in the Holborn Infirmary and 93 in the Great Northern Central Hospital. Of the 1,340 deaths of inhabitants, 936 occurred in the Islington Infirmary, 230 in the Islington Institution, and 131 in the Great Northern Central Hospital.
