The Rule and Courfe of Diet is much the fame of the Salivation ,• the Pa¬ tient keeps the Room for three Weeks or a Month, but without any Danger or Con- ftraint: They may converfe freely with their Friends, and pafs the time much more agreeably than their Condition will allow of in the Salivation. The Prices of Cure is proportionable to the Degree of the Ma¬ lady, and according to the Attendance re¬ quired ; and to the Capacity of fome, and the Generolity of others. As I was not willing to expofe this Me¬ thod by any publick Advertifement, I have kept my Bagnio open for the Space of two Years, in hopes to have found an Oppor¬ tunity of making myfelf known to fome Perfon of Diftinbtion; being perfuaded that the Recommendation of one Nobleman would be fufficient to put me in Reputa¬ tion without making ufe of thefe Means j And what confirms this Truth is, during that time I never would accept of Wome in Men’s Company; and if any Perfon ca prove the contrary, I'll forfeit to them a hundred Pounds.
