![[ >4 ] A ning the Hazard of being cenfur’d by our Hall, for the want of producing a complete Cure, with all the Circumftances required. i /?, Circumftance. to prove that a Pa¬ tient had the Pox, by the Teftimony of the Phyfician j which was very eafy to prove. 2ct:', Circumftance to give authentick Proofs that I had cured a Patient without Salivation ,• which I could prove as well as the firft. 3 ds y Circumftance 1 that there ftiould be a conftderable Length of Time to be allured of the Cure, without fear of any Relapfe. This I make the chief circumftantial Proof by the narrow Relation of the Fact. The pth of December 1723, I was called to her Grace the late Duchefs of-- to vifit a Gentleman. After 1 had exa¬ min’d him, and confider’d his Condition, I gave an Account of it to her Grace, who by her extraordinary Goodnefs, order’d me to employ the beft of my Endeavours to eafe him for the Time he had to live. I had fo good Succefs in following my Method, that in the Space of two Months [ perfectly cured him without Salivation. |t is what I can juftify whenever required, ly fufficient Teftimonies of the Family.
