Sir, I am to acqiiaint you, that A.Z. recommended by you for an In-patient, cannot yet be received into the Infirmary for want of room; but according to our Rules, is now entered on the books, and for the present made an Out-patient, and will be received into the House on the* vacancy. I am, Sir, Yours respectfully. Chairman. * It is to be expressed, whether on the first, second, third, or fourth vacancy. 6.
