To Sir Charles Whitworth kn.t member of Parliament; vice president of the society for the encouragement of arts, manufacturers & commerce ... Lettering continues: "treasurer of the Foundling Hospital; &c. &c. &c. this view of the inside of the chapel of the Foundling Hospital, is with all due respect dedicated by his most obedient humble servant, John Sanders. I. Sanders delin. et fecit" Lettering on pulpit says 'IHS. 1751'
