    ORANGE COCONUT CUPS 1 Rowntree’s Sunripe Jelly (Orange flavour) 3 pint water 2-3 oz. Coconut 1 Orange Dissolve the jelly in the ? pint nearly boiling water and allow to cool until it becomes nearly set. Peel the orange, removing the white pith, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Add this with the grated rind and the coconut to the jelly. Stir well and pour the mixture into individual sundae glasses. Decorate with thick whipped cream and thin strips of crystallized orange rind or a few sections of the fresh orange. Boiled rice may be substituted in the place of coconut. 1 level tablespoon of golden syrup should be added to the rice. Garden Salad Bowl Orange Coconut Cups
