Rent had been accuftomed to be paid for Tithes on the Houfes occupied by the feveral Defendants, the Jury both times found a Verditft for the Minor Canons. ■* From the feveral Documents we have produced, in none of which there are any 1'races of Exceptions to the general Rule, and from our meeting with no Inftance, U][30n the palling of the A61:, in which they were fet up, we may fairly conclude that no fuch Exceptions really exifted. f By the very Words of the Decree thofe who might be entitled to the Exemption were to pay not fpecifick Sums, but after fuch Rate as had been accuftomed^ Such was the Interpretation given to this Claufe by tlie late Chief Baron Evre in the Caufe of Braxnfton v. * Heron.
