The trial at large, between Campbell Craigg, Lessee of James Annesley, Esq And others, plaintiff; and the Right Honourable Richard, Earl of Anglesey, defendant, before the Barons of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer in Ireland, began on Friday, Nov. 11. 1743, and continu'd adjournments to Friday the 25th of the said monthcontaining the speeches and arguments of the judges, and the pleadings of the councils on both sides. Together with the lord chief baron's and the other judges charges to the jury. Carefully taken in court, and revised by an eminent councellor concern'd in the cause. To which is prefix'd, some genuine memoirs of the life of the Honourable James Annesley, Esq; freed from all partiality and romance; being a necessary introduction to the said trial.
