Creator/production credits

Similar to the style of Hendrick Goovaerts or Govaerts (Malines 1669-Antwerp 1720), and possibly by him. A picture of a similar subject by George van der Mijn (signed and dated "G. Van der Myn 1759") was offered for sale at Christie's South Kensington, 11 July 2008, lot 172: George van der Mijn (ca. 1726-1763) was the son of the painter Herman van der Mijn, and pursued his career in Amsterdam. Other painters of similar subjects include François Xaver Henri Verbeeck of Antwerp (1686-1755)
