The Committee of the City of Oxford Water Works olfered to include the Asylum in a Scheme now under consideration for that City, and to construct a Reservoir of Two Acres area upon Iffley Hill from which to conduct Water, of a good quality, to the Asylum for high service to the Buildings at their present height:—And they proposed either of the following terms :— 1st.
