    Stand correctly and keep your arms straight at your sides. Raise them to the level of your shoulders, palms downwards. Now bring your arms forward and cross them scissors-wise in front of your body, the right over the left. | Fling them back to the original position, ‘then cross your arms in front again, but with the left arm over the right, and repeat. Stand correctly all the time and keep your arms straight. Repeat 20 times. P|
