    ECONOMIC ADVISORY COUNCIL. EAST AFRICA SUB-COMMITTEE OF THE TSETSE FLY COMMITTEE. Terms of reference and composition. On the 28rd May, 1984, the Secretary of State for the Colonies communicated to the Economic Advisory Council the report of the Conference on 'T'setse and Trypanosomiasis (Animal and Human) Research, held at Entebbe in November 1938; and on the Ist June, 1984, he forwarded a copy of a letter, with enclosure, dated the 16th May, 1984, from the Secretary of the Conference of Hast African Governors, reporting the conclusions of the recent Governors’ Conference on the subject of tsetse and trypanosomiasis research. The Secretary of State asked that he might be furnished with the observations of the Council’s Tsetse Fly Committee on these papers. 2. On the 8rd July, 1934, the Harl of Plymouth, Chairman of the Tsetse Fly Committee, appointed an East Africa Sub-Committee of that committee to prepare a report on these questions to be submitted to the Economic Advisory Council for transmission to the Secretary of State for the Colonies. 8.
