It shall Bs the duty of each physician in this city and county to report to the Eealth Office in writing, every patient heshall have laboring under Small Pox, Asiatic Cholera, Diphtheria, Scarlet Fever, or other contagious disease, immediately after he shall be satisfied of the nature of the disease. lie shall also reporl to the .^ame officer every ease of death from such disease. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this < )rder shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall he punished by a line of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months, or by both such tine and imprisonment.
