$(CONTINUED ) All drawings submitted must be plainly marked with some name other than the competitor’s real name; and must be accompanied by a sealed envelope containing the competitor’s assumed and real names, with exact address. \: All drawings must be sent in, at owner’s risk, by regis- tered mail or express (charges prepaid), if not delivered personally at the office of the Publisher, Acknowledg- ment of receipt will be promptly made. The last day for receiving drawings will be December 15, 1901. The awards will be announced December 29, 1901. Except in the case of the four prize-drawings, all designs remain the sole property of the competitors; and will be returned to them, at owner’s risk, by registered mail or express, charges prepaid by the Publisher, within one month after the award of the prizes. The four prize- drawings (and copyright in same) become the property of the Publisher on receipt of the prize-money, unless otherwise specially arranged. | 10.
