    Mr. C. E. H. Lloyd proposed and J. W. Drew seconded the following proposition, which was carried : “ That the Right Hon. Viscount Clifden be and is hereby “ re-elected President for the ensuing year.” Mr. W. T. Hall proposed and Miss Share seconded the following proposition, which was carried : “ That the Right Hon. Viscount Falmouth, the Right Hon. “ Lord Rendlesham, J. C. Williams, Esq., G. T. Petherick, Esq., “ L. D. Cunliffe, Esq., E. Andrews Heard, Esq., and the Right “ Rev. the Lord Bishop of Truro, be and are hereby elected “Vice-Presidents for the ensuing year.” Mrs. Powys Rogers proposed and Miss A. M. Rashleigh seconded the following proposition, which was unanimously carried : “ That Mr. P. A. Welman be thanked for his services as “ Chairman of the Committee of Management during the past “ year.” The Meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the acting Chairman, Mr. A. J. Roberts.
