In the previous year the total was 50 of which 40 were males and 10 females. Of the total, respiratory tuberculosis accounted for 37 or 90-2 per cent, and non-respiratory 4 or 9-8 per cent. The death-rate from respiratory tuberculosis was 0-07, from non-respiratory o-oi and from all forms of the disease 0-08 as compared with 0-09, o-oi and o • 10 respectively for the previous year.
