Provision is now made only for pupils in the following classes :- a) pupils in special schools b) pupils in maintained schools up to the end of the Summer Term after they attain the age of seven. c) other pupils in primary schools where a School Medical Officer certifies that the pupil's health requires that he should be provided with milk at s chool. In respect of section (c) Medical Officers, Health Visitors and teaching staff were asked to inform the depart- ment of any children they considered required milk in school under this clause.
