![“ The beds were very clean, and the attention given to the patients during “ the night has reduced the number of wet and dirty beds to a minimum. “ Since the visit of our colleagues on the 20th of March last year, 126 patients “have been admitted, 62 have been discharged, of whom, 56 were recovered, “and 60 have died ; of these, 28 were men, and 32 were women. 44 The general health is good. Ten men and twenty-three women are regis- 44 tered as being under medical treatment, and we noticed in the infirmaries, 44 some old and feeble cases. Many patients are still sent here in very weak 44 bodily health, from the various workhouses, but Dr Hills reports some little 44 improvement in this respect, and it is believed that cases of Insanity are sent 44 somewhat earlier than formerly. 44 In conclusion, we have again to report very favourably of the general “management of this Asylum.
