![_. : in the County, and on pages 33 and 34 reference was made to children attending the Secondary Schools, Children Under School Age.—There were 4 new cases (boys); total attendances 27 (Llandrindod Wells Centre 18, Hereford 2, Craven Arms 2 and Leominster 5) and 4 old cases (3 boys, 1 girl); total attendances 21 (Llandrindod Wells Centre). Of the new cases, a boy 3 days old fat the time of his first attendance, had Congenital Club-foot (right), and 3 boys, aged 1 year 10 months & 1 year 11 months (2) had bowing of the legs due to Rickets; the boy 'ged 3 days was admitted to the Shropshire Orthopaedic Hos- pital on the 21:10:29 and was discharged on i8:12:29. In con- nection with the old cases, the defects were Congenital Club- foot (left). Congenital Flat Feet, and bowing of legs due to Rickets (2 cases). Adults.—There were 5 new cases (males 3, females 2); total attendances 38 (Llandrindod Wells Centre 28, Leominster 8, Craven Arms l,and Hereford I,), and 9 old cases (males 2, females 7); total attendances 55 (Llandrindod Wells Centre 54, Craven Arms 1). Of the new cases, 3 males, aged 16, 20 and 64 years suffered from Flat Feet, Claw Feet and Arthritis respectively, and 2 females, aged 20 and 65 years, from Spastic Paraplegia. In connection with the old cases, the defects were as follows :— Claw Feet (3); Poliomyelitis (2, male and female), Scoliosis (\) Arthritis of Spine [1], Old Fracture, [left ankle] and Flat Feet [1], and left Hemiplegia [1 male].
