Parts III and IV of a short talk to the workers at the E. M. I. Factory by Lord Horder with an introduction by Sir Robert McLean. Horder talks about mass observation in his work relating to occupational health; he doesn't sound convinced that this is a valid method of gathering data about a workforce. He talks about morale; his observes that the morale is high in the factory despite the war and other rigours of wartime being in play.
