By YVilliam Lee, i Esq., Superintending Inspector. rtl Gwydyr Hoiise, January 30, 1850. f. i Lords and Gentlemen, Having during the past year made a preliminary inquiry t, h a view to the application of the Public Health Act to the rish of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, in the county of Leicester, and ring reported in writing to you upon the matters in respect which I had been directed to inquire, and it appearing to u from the statements contained in such Report that, in case '• ; said Act should be applied to the said parish of Ashby-de- Zouch, the boundaries which may be most advantageously opted for the purposes of the said Act are not the same as Dse of the said parish, and that for such purposes it would proper to exclude from the said parish of Ashby-de-la-Zouch ch portions of the said parish as lie beyond the line marked 1 on the map accompanying the said Report, and which are Dre particularly referred to in the said Report; and the Board, further pursuance of the said Act, having directed me to sit the parts within the boundaries proposed by the said 2port to be adopted for the purposes of the said Act, and to sar all persons desirous of being heard before me upon the bject of the said Report;—it is my duty to state that, having ven the notice required by the Public Health Act, I pro- eded with such further inquiry on the 24th instant, at 10 ;lock in the forenoon, at the public office there. Mr. Samuel Price proved that the notices of the inquiry had :en duly affixed, after which I heard all persons desirous of :ing heard on the subject of the said Report.
