I beg to thank you, and to assure you 1 highly esteem your Talents and Attainments, and regard your per¬ severing endeavours to thereby lessen the various afflictions to which we are liable, as deserving praise and encouragement from the Profession and the Public. Many instances of your atten¬ tions have occurred to my own observation, and benefits to sufferers have followed as the results.
