Infant Welfare 2nd and 4th Fridays - 2.30-4 p.m. (Dr. attends 3 p.m.) Some of the County Council premises are also used by other organizatio] principally the Family Planning Association who hold sessions at Boreham Wood and Harpenden, and the Blood Transfusion Service who hold Donor Sessio] at Wellington Court and Skyswood Health Centre. The new Health Centre on the Civic Centre site will be opened in 1963* This will allow us, at last, to dispense with Wellington Court, whic^ is outdated, dilapidated and too small for the services which are being run from it. We hope in the vicinity of Wellington Court Clinic to build the new St. Albans Day Nursery to replace Fleetville, which is inadequate for the needs of the area. Hospitals I am indebted to Mr. K.S.
