The Board experiences no difficulty as to the removal of Nuisances, except in the case of pigs, where the complaint must come from the person aggrieved instead of from the board's inspector. There should be power to obtain money in advance for private improvement works (sewering, paving, &c.) A difficulty is consequently found in execution of works. Powers are being sought.
