    Adeps Benzoatus. Prepared by heating fresh lard one pound with resin of benzoin 160 grs. The object of the resin is to preserve the lard from becoming rancid, and so to make it better adapted for the preparation of ointments. .aiRTJGO. Verdigris, subacetate of copper.
