No one after 25 March 1705 shall export arms, ordnance, powder, bullets, pitch, tar, hemp, masts, cordage, iron, or saltpetre to France on pain of high treason. No one who went to France after 4 May 1702 is to return without licence, or being returned is to depart on pain of high treason. No one is to correspond with France under pain, &c.
