    deep, light brown morocco gilt with a Marguerite within an oval of palm branches; the head of Henri IV, the profile of a Roman soldier in an oval looking to the of the lid a large fleur-de-lis; the spaces between these various devices are filled with marquerites, the S fermé, tiny fleurs-de-lis and stars, the lid is slightly bombé, fastened with a hook, the casket is lined with blue silk [See ILLUSTRATION. | title of each work, old limp vellum 4to.
