![Social Centre built by the Welfare Committee in Walsall Street and does much to promote the general welfare of those attending. Members are encouraged to be responsible for the management of the club affairs, assisted by the mental health staff, and consider¬ able enthusiasm is shown by a small executive committee. The membership is about 50 with a weekly attendance of about 30. Relationship with the Hospital The Medical Director of All Saints Hospital has re-organised the existing out-patient facilities, and wherever possible patients who are ambulant and agreeable are now seen at the hospital out¬ patients department. Weekly case conferences are held at the hospital with the mental welfare staff so that there is the con¬ tinuity of service to patients before, during and after discharge from hospital.
