All were renewals. Bacteriological Examination of Graded Milk. MILK AND DAIRIES ORDER, 1926. Milk Producers. There is no alteration in the number oi registered milk producers in this locality. Milk Retailers. Two certificates of registration as milk retailers were approved and issued by the Council in 1940 ; each represented a change of ownership. Bacteriological Examination of Ungraded Milk. Eight samples of ungraded milk were submitted to the Cardiff Laboiatory for examination and report. Seven of these were stated to be satisfactory, while one was unsatisfactory. A small number of milk samples were examined at the above Laboratory for tubercle bacilli ; all were found to be negative. Dairies and Cowsheds. The Sanitary Inspectors paid 52 visits to cowsheds and dairy farms in the urban area, and made 121 inspections of dairies and milkshops.
