Printed paper bag from the 1940s advertising "Bile Beans". Printed in red and dark blue on white paper, it shows a young woman with long legs in her petticoat standing on a pair of bathroom scales (there was also a full colour showcard using this image). The bottle is illustrated on the reverse.
