![But as they lived under a confhant lenle of the providence of God, no lad prolpedl dilcouraged them, from cheerfully engaging in the duty of Charity, towards their more diltrelfed Brethren. How much more reafon have they, who abound in the good things of this life, to retrench fome of their luperfluous, and unneceflary expences, which minifter only to vanity, and luxury, and bellow it upon luch Charities, we have been men¬ tioning j then the milpence of their Wealth, or the rujl of their Gold and Silver, Jhall not he a Wit- nefs againjl them, but on the contrary their labour of love, will entitle them to that rejl which re- maineth for the people of God.
