We have not sufficient material to contrast the different families of Carnivora so far as their facial Face-ruuseles of Cajiis familiaris {For Eisorius read Zygomaticus.) Kg. 3. i£V. Face-muscles and panniculus o( Iciont/x lihyca. muscles go with any certainty ; but from what we have observed we should say that the relidm excel in the development of the sphincter colli, the Camdae m that of the risorius and zygomaticus [7]
