Title printed at right-angles to text on verso of last leaf. A pencil note on this page reads 'Very rare, by John Armstrong the poet and Projector of Public Dispensaries.' The plan was certainly George Armstrong's and his name appears as signatory to the text but it is possible that John Armstrong assisted his brother with drafting the proposals.
