![The Council of the Association si ml i be composetl of Tiio Council, not more than st;ven, nor less than five members, to be elected in accordance with the pro^dsions of the Act. Cl S. M. c. 1), Div. 5, s. 171 ; 40 and 47 V. c. 40, s. 2 ; 52 V. c. 52, s. 12. 14. The mendiers of such Council shall be elected or iciocLion of ap|)ointed, as the case may be, for the period of two j^’ears ; counc?r^ l.)ut any member may resign his appointment at any time by letter addressed to the President or to the Secretaiy of the Council; and upon the death, I’esignation or removjil from the Province of Manitoba of any member of the Council, it shall be lawful for the Council to elect and appoint .some other ))erson, being a member of the As.sociation, to supply the vacancy so made, and the person so appointed shall be taken in all respects as regards the duration of office to represent the person in whose stead he has been appointed. The annual general meeting shall lie held on the third Wednesday in the month of A]>ril in (uich year, or at such time as shall be determined by the Council, notice of NoUcc. the place and time of holding .such annual meeting to be given in the manner provided by the by-laws; and, further, upon the requisition in writing of six members of the Association special entitled to vote, recjue.sting the Council to convene a special 'cetinK.s. g'enei-al meeting of the Association for the purpose specified in the reijuisition, such meeting shall accordingly be convened by the said Council within such reasonable time as the Coun- cil shall .see fit, they first giving such notice thereof as may be required by the by-hiws of the corporation, which notice shall statt' the purposes for which tlii' same is convened.
