No names shall be entered in the register except of ])ei-sons authorizeil by this Act to be i-egistered, nor unle.ss the Registrar be satislied by proper evidence that the person elanning is entitled to l>e registered ; and any appeal from the decision of the. Registrar may be decided by the Council of the Association; and any entry which shall be proved to the satisfaction of such Council to have been fraudulently or incorrectly made may be amended or erased in the registiir by order of such Council. Powoivof ’io. d'he Council of the said As.sociation shall have author- Councii. pi-escribe the subjects upon which candidates .shall be examined ; to establish'a scale of fee.s, not to exceed twenty dollars, to be paid by persons applying for examination or registration ; to provide for the appointment and remunera- ti(Tn of examiners and officers of the said Association, and for the pajnnent of remuneration or indemnity to the members of the said Council in attending its sittings or in attending upon the bu.siness of the saitl Association! to pi’esciibe the annual fees to be paid (1) by Licentiate Pharmaceutical Chemists carrying f>n business or employed in the business of anothei or of a firm, (2) by certified clerks, (8) V»y cei-tified apprentices; tn iirescribe the fines and penalties for default in payment of fee.s and the terms of re-admission to the privileges of the \s.s(x-iation, whether such default occunv«l before or afb'r the l»i,s.sin<-- of this Act; and, generally, such by-laws, rules and )-e(mlations as they shall deem nece.ssary for the carrying out oAhe objects of this Act.
