    This little book is intended as a pocket remembrancer of Anatomy, and contains only the bare facts of that science. As such it is hoped it will prove useful to students. In its compilation the author has made frequent references to the leading text-books ; especially to the works of Gray, Ellis, Quain, Heath, and Leonard, in order that it might be as reliable as possible. Especial prominence has been given to those sub- jects which are most likely to be forgotten by students, whilst osteology has been omitted altogether; it being a subject too large to be treated with justice in so limited a space. September, 1879.
