Pp. 88-193 are occupied with ‘ Despachos para las Indias,’ ‘ Instruccion para las: Indias,’ & ‘ De las emprentas de las Bulas.’ There is a fascinating & detailed account ‘of printing Bulls for America which took place in the Escurial & of the scrupulous precautions: in storing & checking them.
