Is restless at night, cannot sleep, often wishes to throw herself out of win- dow, has a suspicious look, averts her eyes, headache, fulness, conjunctivfe injected, bilious diathesis, bowels in-egular and constipated, with gi'eat irritation about the rectum, catamsenial function undistiu-bed. Treatment—Aperients, with alteratives. INIorphia at night, the Hydi-ochlorate, gr. ss. Feb. S.— Sleeps well with the Morpliia, but even when not sleeping is composed and comfortable. Much relieved, and but seldom has the wish to destroy herself. Told me, most confidentially, that she had often walked on the very verge of the canal, feeling irresistibly impelled to throw herself in. Pergat.
