![Owing to the political distractions of the country, and the derange- ment of the ordinary pursuits and studies, lectures were suspended during the years of LSG:J-'(U and 1864-'65. ]>ut in the fall of 1S05 the Medical Faculty removed to the Law Building of Columbian Col- lege, on Fifth street, where they have since lectured to good classes. Kecentby, by the munificent liberality of W. W. Corcoran, the Trus- tees of Columbian College have been given the elegant and commo- dious building on II street, near Fourteenth, for the use of the Faculty of the National Medical College, where medical lectures will hereafter be regularly delivered. The following is a list of all the professors who have held chairs in the National Medical College, with the date of their appointment, resignation, &c, from its organization to the present time : Appointed.
