L.s. (4) L. and Does. s. (14), and 9 Documents unsigned ; together with Two A. L. s. of “ La Belle Stuart,” c¢rca 1670, red morocco xy” The letters are mainly from Copenhagen to Sir Robert Clayton. The documents relate to “ Graunt of ye Dukes Stables from King James to ye’ Duke of Lenox,” instructions to Sir Robert Clayton and Alderman Morris as to the Duke’s leases and other affairs, empowering them to contract leases, etc.
