I fully satisfied myself that sensibility is common to both at all points below the seat of fusion, which is due, no doubt, to coalition of the spinal cords, or of inosculation of their terminal branches. They present every indication of attaining advanced life. They are the same case that was ex- hibited in London, and described by Prof. Ramsbotham.
