Forms of Bequest OF LEGACY. “ I give and bequeath to the 4 Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital,’ of Manchester and Pendlebury, the sum of free of Legacy Duty, to be applied * for the general purposes of the said Institution. And I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer for the time named being of the said Institution shall be a sufficient discharge . for the said Legacy.” MM or to eEdow a bed to be Bed. OF RESIDUE. 44 I give, devise and bequeath to the 4 Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital,’ of Manchester and Pendlebury, the residue of my estate for the general purposes of the said Institution and I declare that the receipt of the Trustees for the time being of the said Institution shall be a sufficient discharge for the same.” Note.—Property of all kinds, real or personal, including land of any Tenure, may now be lawfully given by Will to the Hospital.
