![Fifth Week: Upper 2^ ounces from each of three quart bottles of milk. (Use 6$ of the 7J ounces in preparing food.) Milk sugar, 6 teaspoons level full. Cold unboiled filtered water, 13J ounces. Lime water, 4 ounces. Eight bottles of 3 ounces.. Feed every 2§ hours. Formula No. 7 Sixth Week: Upper 2J ounces from each of three quart bottles of milk. (Use 7 of the 7J ounces in preparing food.) Milk sugar, 6 teaspoons level full. Cold unboiled filtered water, T3 ounces. Lime water, 4 ounces. Eight bottles of 3 ounces. Feed every 2 J hours. Formula No. 8 Seventh Week: Upper 2J ounces from each of three quart bottles of milk. Milk sugar, 6 teaspoons level full. Cold unboiled filtered water, 12 J ounces. Lime water, 4 ounces.
