Consists entirely of a large engraved table in the design of a clock. Around the outer circle are the months of the year; within an inner circle are various countries in the world. "Iohannes Carte Londini Fecit" is also listed in this inner circle.
At foot of table: "The outermost circle shewes, the month's of the year. ... The signes of the zodiak, with the partes of the body affected by the moon."
