Mary Collins was inteftate only in regard to the refidue of her mother’s perfonal eftate. She left a will, dealing with her other property, which was proved by Giles-Richard Burt, of Ilminfter, furgeon, in 1864. P. 174, 1. 26. Add to the lift of Mayo Exhibitioners, Aubrey Barrow Mogg, and Clifford George Pitt, both eledled iith July, 1907. P. 175, 1. 6. “Parifti of Huifti, May ii, 1812. The prefent Recftor is the Rev*^ Cha® Mayo, who refides at his other living, Beeching-Stoke, and rides hither and back on Sundays. Society of Inner Temple, London, formerly of Bath, afterwards of Mortimer Street, Cavendilh Square, St. Marylebone, London, in his will, dated 28th Auguft, 1784, proved loth January, 1785, by his brother John (41 Ducarel, P.C.C.) mentions his mother Mary, brother John Plura (and his iffiae), and Jofeph and Benjamin Bartrum, fons of his fifter, Mary Bartrum, P. 190, 1. 6. Jofeph Mayo had iffue Jofeph-Antony, died 23rd Auguft, 1871, aged 24, unmarried, Charles, died 24th November, 1893, s,p.^ Alfred-Newman, died nth June, 1894, aged 36 (leaving Jofephine and Alfred) and Winifred, married to J. F. Croger. 1. 8. Benjamin Mayo had iffue John-Oliver (married Eleanora Jackfon and had iffue), Arthur-Benjamin (married Honora Knapton), j.p., and Mary, married to W. G. Moriarty. 1. 18. Memoranda, recently difcovered, ftate that Elizabeth, wife of Henry Mayo, died 12th April, 1855, and that their children were born at the following dates, viz., Elizabeth, 5th May, 1809; Henry, 25th June, 1810; Charles, 25th December, 1811; James-Legafficke,4th April, 1812 or 1813; and Ann-Legafficke, 5th April, 1820.
