Treatment.—Put the patient on his back, take otf your boot, press your heel well into the arm-pit, seize the patient’s hand, pull steadily, and the bone will slip into the soclmt with a loud snap. If the man l)e very muscular, a clovc-liitch may l^e taken round llie arm just above the elbow to aid a steady pull. (2) Eldow.—The arm is bent more or less at an angle, and cannot be straightened, and the bones are ])oth felt and seen sticking out at the back part of the joint. Ireatment.—The patient having been seated, one man must take hold of the middle of the upper half of his arm, and another of his wrist.
