    Ive the Circular Letter issued iu December the attention of vour Council re the amali^amation ot Medical Officer of Health for two or more districts with those of Medical Officer to Workhouse and a District parish etc., was drawn thereto and tor this area could easily and satisfactorily be put into torce if the expenses incurred were not so seiiously con- sidered and later this will follow compulsorily in my opinion. d'he Rei^idations as to down Idanniny are ot special impoi'tance to a town like this which depends tor its future prospeiit\’ entii'el}' upon the attiactions that it presents to Residents.
