Any régime with intervals between doses greater than two days will give some trouble, but this particular régime causes the most severe disturbance. SUMMARY 1. ‘The gastro-intestinal effects of mepacrine have been investigated clinton by radiographic examination after a barium meal, cholecystography, gastroscopy, fra gastric analysis, and bacteriological examination of the faeces.
