There were two other issues also in folio with the same date, but are distinguished by the following points. Second Issue had the words ‘‘ Index Dogmatum & Reformationis ” added to title and after the date M.D.LXIIII., the words *‘ In Aidibus Populi Romani” ; collation 250 pages. Third Issue, the date on title is thus M.D.LXIV. and has the Bull of Pius IV. before the Index.
