ClNNAMODENDRON COETICOSUM, Miers. a. Fine specimen. (False Winter's Bark.) h. Entire bark. c. Outer layer of bark removed. -f^oie.—This tree yields the bark now known in commerce as Winter's bark. It resembles Canella both in colour and taste, but is darker on both surfaces, and contains tannin. For fig. of bark see Goebel und Kunze, tat. m., ff. 5, 6, 7.
